OUTRIGOR
OutRigor is a venture born out
of a passion for the outdoors. To share it’s activities
and pleasure with those looking to experience the outdoor. The
prime service offered by OutRigor is to plan and execute customized
and guided trips to outdoor locations around Bangalore, India.
OutRigor specializes in handling small groups of
2 to 6 people with the ideal number being 4 for long itineraries.
OutRigor also organizes corporate or group outings
for larger groups of 15 to 20. These could be
guided or independent.
Accommodation, transport, meals, guide, equipment, licenses
and permits are all taken care of.
Enjoy the outdoors without the nightmare of managing the logistics-

ABOUT SANDEEP
Sandeep decided to live his dream and stepped out from the corporate
world to enjoy the pleasures
of an outdoor life. To camp by a bubbling brook on a grassy
meadow. Fry bacon and eggs on a wood fire. Soak in a hot sulphar
spring after an arduous trek. Capture the magical colours of
sunset on
Kodachrome. Match his wits against the might of the Mahseer.
Watch the elephants tango by the lake . Drift asleep to the
sounds of the forest at night and wake up to birdsong at dawn.
Inhale the earthy smell
of early showers of spring and experience nature explode in
a riot of colours.
An MBA from Bajaj Institute Mumbai, Sandeep spent 28 years in
the corporate world working for some
of the better-known companies of his times. From Management
Trainee to President he has
‘been there, done that’.
Sandeep is a trained Naturalist and Group Leader of the Karnataka
Forest Department. He is also a
life member of the Wildlife Association of South India (WASI)
and Coorg Wildlife Society and is actively involved in the conservation
of the Mahseer in the Cauvery. He is an instructor with iDiscoveri
for their “Youreka” summer camps for 9 to 16 year
olds.
The trained mind of a senior marketing professional is now focused
on this dream and the OutRigor philosophy is emerging.
